Our services have fixed and published prices whenever possible.
Services without a published price are quoted individually once a clear description of the situation, requirements and expected scope of assistance has been received.
You will always receive clear information about the price before any work begins.
Arrival assistance
Airport Pickup (Quito · UIO)
Includes SIM card, registration and activation.
For:
- accommodation and check-in support
- basic city orientation
- first essential purchases
- money exchange assistance
- local communication assistance
- transportation coordination
- practical support during first days
Minimum charge: 1 hour.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Note:
Transportation coordination is included when transportation is provided by Ecuador Local Support.
If independent coordination, additional communication or additional assistance is requested, the Arrival Assistance Time rate will apply.
Guidance and support for decisions
Minimum charge: 2 hours.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.

Note:
Guided Exploration is designed for people already in Ecuador who want to explore cities, regions or living possibilities with practical guidance and local support.
Ecuador Reality Check is a personalized service that may include multi-day assistance, region exploration, logistics coordination and local support adapted to each situation.
Daily assistance and problem solving
Minimum charge: 1 hour.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.

All fixed prices apply to standard situations with complete documentation and information provided by the client.
Additional coordination, document retrieval, follow-up, travel time or unexpected complications may be charged as Administrative Assistance Time.
Fixed prices do not include government fees, fines or institutional charges related to your case.

A clear proposal is provided before any work begins.
Note:
Local transportation within the usual service area is included during executive assistance.
Intercity transportation, accommodation, entrance fees and third-party services are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.
